"amazing experience! we were driving through trinidad from out of town on a saturday at 4 pm when our engine overheat light came on. we called darin at A-1 and he was at the rest stop in less than 20 minutes, went back to his shop to get us coolant and then checked our car at his shop. he had us test drive it for about 15 miles while he waited for us. he was incredibly helpful, kind and generous with his time to help our family. we are so thankful for his help and would highly recommend him."

"Wonderful customer service and professional mechanical diagnosis. After being fleeced of $600 at another auto repair business in Trinidad I took my truck to A-1. Upon arriving we were promptly attended to and accompanied on a trouble shooting ride along. During the ride along we experienced tenured, honest, and thorough analysis of the problem. Before the ride along we were convinced we had major transmission issues and we had shared this with the owner. After the ride along he assured us we didn’t have a transmission problem and were in fact just experiencing a cylinder misfire. He told us given the minor misfire we would be safe to drive back to Oklahoma and charged us NOTHING! He absolutely could have hit us for a $2500 transmission and we would’ve been non the wiser. These are excellent, honest, and friendly people that I would absolutely go out of my way to do business with. When in doubt take your vehicle to A-1!!!"
