"Wonderful customer service and professional mechanical diagnosis. After being fleeced of $600 at another auto repair business in Trinidad I took my truck to A-1. Upon arriving we were promptly attended to and accompanied on a trouble shooting ride along. During the ride along we experienced tenured, honest, and thorough analysis of the problem. Before the ride along we were convinced we had major transmission issues and we had shared this with the owner. After the ride along he assured us we didn’t have a transmission problem and were in fact just experiencing a cylinder misfire. He told us given the minor misfire we would be safe to drive back to Oklahoma and charged us NOTHING! He absolutely could have hit us for a $2500 transmission and we would’ve been non the wiser. These are excellent, honest, and friendly people that I would absolutely go out of my way to do business with. When in doubt take your vehicle to A-1!!!"

"I tried every mechanics shop in Trinidad and always ended up with more issues because the problem was never addressed fully or fixed completely and correctly. Come here first, you will be taken care of. He's thorough and professional and will do a full diagnostic and inspection and will get it right. Worth every dollar! Thank you very much A-1, You rocked it!"
